Not sure what voting has to do with the video... nor how we know she gets to vote (is she 18 or older?) but what discriminations would you like to have for voting?
Or are you in preference for a different system like an autocracy, dictatorship or monarchy? Where people don't have to vote to determine a future...

There are not any discriminations here...she is an idiot. It has nothing to do with her gender, race, eye color, height, or anything other than her intellect. She is an idiot. After learning it was a live broadcast, she has no concept that either the police might be watching or they might follow her to her mother's house. She is dumb as a box of rocks. And in my ideal world people that dumb should not vote....and neither should felons.
To the second part of your question, I love our constitutional republic, albeit that every system is not perfect. What I prefer is an informed and intelligent electorate, something I would wager she is not. If I had my way, you would not get to vote unless you could pass some rudimentary level of civics. Questions might include:
- What system of government do we have?
- Where is the capital of the United States?
- Please identify the USA, Russia, China, Mexico, Canada and Great Britain on a map
- Name and 5 of the Bill of Rights
- From what country did we fight to gain our independence?
- Who was our first President?
- Who is the President now?
- Who is you U.S. Representative in the House?
- Who are your U.S. Senators?
- Etc.
Make it multiple choice if you'd like...available in multiple languages. But if someone can't pass it, they should not be able to vote, IMO
