I think they can beat the Eagles. I also think they can beat the Vikings. That gets them to seven wins for the Thanksgiving game against Detroit. That's the target, in my opinion. Rodgers needs to be back for that game. If he is, then an 11 or 12-win season remains possible.

So, say it's 3rd and 5 and they put 9 players in the box you should still run it since you are averaging over 6 right? You make play calls based on real life situations not probabilities or averages.

Ouch! All I can say is Seneca Sinclair Wallace reminded me of Christian Ponder last night, if that puts anything into perspective. Your game last night reminded me of nearly every Viking game the past 2 years. Big runs from a good running game, a QB running around looking lost, throwing horrible looking passes, and again losing another close game. Yes, you now have a glimpse of what it feels like to be a Viking fan these days. Wonderful feeling isn't it xD? Oh except you have something to look forward to, and your trophy case is still full.

You guys are new to the "OMFG I can't believe a QB can be this bad" club, and yeah it's frustrating, but even if Rodgers is out 5-6 weeks, at least you guys have that to look forward too. I mean it could be worse, there's nothing to look forward to in the QB department over here, except maybe the draft again. For whatever reason, Ponder was named our starter again for Thursday night. Frazier is still convinced he gives us the best chance to win, proof that he doesn't actually watch our games. Meanwhile the only QB who has looked good for us this year, and has our only win, has inexplicably been forgotten all about. All I can do is wonder what I ever did wrong to be stuck being a fan of this clueless sorry ass franchise.

Well anyway, just wanted to welcome you to the club even though your membership will be brief.

That is when they are happiest, because for some reason they just don't know how to appreciate The Packers for what they are, The Greatest organization in The NFL.

Good or bad, this is what The Packer fanbase has become in this age of 24 hour news cycles and the demand to know everything yesterday.

I'll make sure to let Mike McCarthy know that in the future he needs to consult with the fans of the opponent to determine what should be done.

The running game was working at times, that's why Mike McCarthy called nearly a 6:4 ratio of run to pass. You can't JUST run though. In the last 28 minutes of the game, the longest run the Packers had was 6 yards. There's a reason for that, the Bears loaded up against the run to stop it.

if Seneca Wallace is having trouble connecting, stick with the run. Why not? Too many carries for you? Who cares, if it gets the job done?

Certainly we have been spoiled but I will also defend Seneca in this way. He did not have any real preparation for this game at all. That falls on management and coaching.

Rodgers is a QB where the entire game plan revolves around putting as much responsibility on him as is humanly possible because he can handle it and that's part of what makes him so hard to stop, he can do pretty much anything out there. Had Seneca had an entire week to prepare as the starter the whole plan is different. The focus then is on everyone else and supporting the QB not leaning on him. Throwing Seneca Wallace into an Aaron Rodgers game plan wont work too well but throwing Seneca Wallace into a Seneca Wallace game plan might.
