The article beat me to what I was about to say...we've read about the Packers having some promising new stud at TE every offseason and like clockwork they turn into Jane by the time the season comes around.

I feel Rodgers can be at the very least serviceable, but beyond that, my expectations are low.

Yes, I'm certainly leaning towards the optomistic side of the spectrum with RR...and if Andrew wasn't such an idiot this summer (no disrespect intended for what he dealt with his daughter) I'd feel halfway decent about the combo.

All these other TE flashes just never seem to materialize like the hyped training camp players do at other positions, though.
