There’s plenty wrong with the Packers’ offense, but it starts with the reigning NFL MVP. Rodgers hasn’t made the fatal mistake that lesser quarterbacks tend to make when things aren’t going well, but he’s off target, hesitant and – perhaps most shockingly – looked like any other average Joe until the the frantic late-game comeback bid.

This is all on Aaron and his yes-man Tom Clements.

Somebody needs to reign this dude in, or he's gonna end up like Bert Favor, thinking he's more important than the team. He already thinks he knows best what to do on offense. He is wrong.

What surprises me is his changing plays from pass to run at the line of scrimmage. It was always the opposite. Aaron is totally uncomfortable in the pocket and being unsure of his accuracy has led to the longest slump in his career. I think this is a mental thing over a physical problem and the Packers need to relight his fire quick.

Nerdmann, what makes you think that Rodgers thinks he knows what is best to do on offense? If anything, he should speak up because this offense is doing nothing right now. Let him go out and read the defense then call the play. Peyton Manning style.

How'd it work out on 3rd and 1 in the 4th quarter when they threw deep down the left sideline?

Something is wrong with Rodgers. Is he hurt or something? He is missing so many throws. He looks nothing like his usual self.
He looks awful on the field.
And without him playing at a high level, stick a fork in us, we are done.
I don't see us beating the Vikings next week.

I get why he's responding this way - at the same time, it's such a telling change from how he usually responds to the media.

This team sure does respond to questions different depending on whether they win or lose. Quite a few teams take accountability, but the Packers seem to fall back to the "gotta see the tape before I can give you a good answer" and then when asked about it Wednesday, it's the same drivel about "i didn't see it that way on the tape" and yet we do not have an actual answer.
