Maybe new thread for this, but Mark Chmura says Packers don't fear their head coach, to which I infer means they don't respect him.

What is being afraid of the HC mean? I don't think players were afraid of Holmgren? I don't think Brady is afraid of Hoodie. Was Peyton afraid of any of his coaches? Is Ben afraid of tomlin? I never got the impression Brees was afraid of Payton.

I stopped caring what Chmura thinks after his little hot tub altercation with the next door babysitter.

We need to completely gut the coaching staff and let the knew head coach bring in whomever he wants. Too much talent and opportunity has been wasted, and that accountability falls on the head coach.

Let the heads roll.

If their own pride isn't enough to get them to play as hard as they can, than I'm not sure I want them as players.
