The longer the QB can hold on to the ball the greater the odds are that one of his receivers gets open.

Short quick passes will I inevitably bring the coverage in closer and make it more difficult to complete a pass. Those that are completed will be for little yards.

I get it man, losing Rodgers is an emotional blow. We'll be ok. We have a smaller margin of error, but we'll have to clean up some of the self shitting, and we can still get it done.

Hell, it doesn't even mean the season's over. As I've said in another topic, I think Huntley's capable of putting up 4-6 (+- 2 games depending on the rest of the team) from here on out which still potentially puts us in playoff contention. And Rodgers could still come back this year.
