Wow.....
I AM enjoying the ride.
Never said I wasn’t, did I?
Do I think we will win the super bowl? No.
I think Kansas City will.
That said, I’m hoping that MY TEAM proves my guess wrong, and DOES win it all.
I don’t get why my statement is getting so picked apart.
I, and others have stated similar views here before, and I don’t remember them getting blasted.
An opinion is just that, an opinion.

I guess I’ll just keep all my thoughts to myself.
Maybe it’s time for me to leave.
I know that will make some here very happy.

I am not attacking you. I am trying to hold a discussion with you. Nowhere did I did not say you were not enjoying the Packer's victory ride. While I did say that you should enjoy it, that doesn't mean I think you are not. What I was saying is, in my opinion, getting frustrated over a few meaningless scores at the end of the game is not the end of the world. In reality you are free to do so if that is what you want to do. Likewise I should be able to say that it is not as bad as you think it is without you getting pissed off and threatening to leave the forum simply because I state a slightly different viewpoint. In truth that is all it is. We agree on the majority of Packer related issues and even many non Packer related issues.

As far as other people's views, they are not on this page. Once again I am only trying to hold a conversation. I did not attack you. I did not call you names. I did not imply you are a lesser fan than anyone else. I did not imply anything at all. The main reason for my comment was because YOU asked a question and I tried to answer it.

Now, our defense.,...the Bears moved the ball too well in the 4th quarter. Was it because it was garbage time? I don’t know.

Blasted? You really think I was blasting you? It was not my intent. I was stating things that happened in the game and my perspective of those events. I have a favor to ask you. Calm down a little. Get your mind off the feeling that I was trying to belittle you or attack you or that I was being critical of you as a person or as a fan. Then go back and read my comments with as neutral of a position as possible and see if you may have misinterpreted my intentions. (Ask LJ her opinion. I respect her's as well.) Afterward if you feel the same way that you do now let me know. I want to know. Likewise, afterward if you can see I was not as harsh as you first thought let me know that too. Thing is it's very easy to misunderstand what we post here. That's why ongoing talk is needed.

One last thing. If you want to leave then leave. Don't stay because you have longevity on this site or something like that. Stay because you enjoy the dialog process. The give and take. The exchange of ideas. Don't stay out of some sense of obligation. If you are not happy here then you SHOULD leave. Take some time off. After a while if you miss this site then come back. But only do so when you are ready. You are always welcome here. This is after all PackersHome. It's your home if you want it to be.

Actually after re-reading this, I have one more thing to say. I care about you. You should know that by now. Because of that, if I think you are acting a little bit "woe is me" (which is how I read your first post.) as your friend, I will try to give you something more positive to consider. In this one instance, the defense was not that bad.

First, thank you for the positive comments from my “family”.

Wayne, you know I value your opinions. I guess what I was trying to say was that the same things that cost us during the regular season and NFC title game last year, are the same things that are costing us this year. Poor tackling and poor run defense. I was not “woe is me” at all. Just trying to say that they haven’t seemed to address for this season what killed us last year. Look at what the Vikings did to us once they had Cook running the ball. The Bears have a bad offense, yet put up 25 points. Like I said, I don’t know if that was because of our big lead, or bad defense.
I love my team. And I’m hoping they can win it all this year!
I’m on the bandwagon, win or lose!
I’ve had this seat for 55 years, and I’ll never jump ship!😁

Mucky Tundra (17h) : Myers isn't even the 3rd best C on the roster atm
Martha Careful (18h) : I am not sure I understand the Myers hate. He was consistently our third best lineman. RG and LT were worse.
beast (23h) : Just saying I don't think moving Myers would help Myers.
beast (23h) : Center is usually considered the easiest position physically if you can handle the snap stuff.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : Bust it is then
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Context. Sounds like Myers won't be cross-trained. C or bust.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : @BookOfEli_NFL Packers pass game coordinator, Jason Vrable said that Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks shared a placed in Florida while train
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : For now...
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers go about evaluating their "best five," OL coach Luke Butkus makes on thing clear: "Josh Myers is our center."
beast (8-May) : Though I'm a bit surprised letting go of CBs, I thought we needed more not less
beast (8-May) : It was confusing with two DB Anthony Johnson anyways
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers actually had Ray Lewis on the phone.
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers wanted to draft Ray Lewis. Ravens stole him.
Martha Careful (6-May) : Happy 93rd Birthday to the Greatest Baseball Player of All-Time...Willie Mays

buckeyepackfan (6-May) : and released CB Anthony Johnson and DL Deandre Johnson and waived/injured WR Thyrick Pitts (thigh-rick).
buckeyepackfan (6-May) : The Green Bay Packers have signed WR Julian Hicks, OL Lecitus Smith (luh-SEET-us) and WR Dimitri Stanley
Zero2Cool (6-May) : Petty, but it's annoying me how the NFL is making the schedule release an event.
Mucky Tundra (4-May) : @mattschneidman Matt LaFleur on how he tore his pec: “Got in a fight with the bench press. I lost.”
Zero2Cool (3-May) : Jordan Love CAN sign an extension as of today. Might tak weeks/months though
TheKanataThrilla (3-May) : Packers decline 5th year option for Stokes

Zero2Cool (2-May) : Season officially ending tonight for Bucks ... sad face
Zero2Cool (2-May) : Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as out for tonight's game.
dfosterf (2-May) : Surprisingly low initially is my guess cap wise, but gonna pay the piper after that
dfosterf (2-May) : The number on Love is going to be brutal.
Zero2Cool (2-May) : May 3rd. Extension day for Jordan Love. (soonest)
Zero2Cool (1-May) : USFL MVP QB Alex McGough moved to WR. So that's why no WR drafted!
earthquake (1-May) : Packers draft starters at safety ever few years. Collins, Clinton-Dix, Savage
beast (1-May) : Why can't the rookies be a day 1 starter? Especially when we grabbed 3 of them at the position
dfosterf (1-May) : Not going to be shocked if Gilmore goes to the Lions.
dfosterf (1-May) : I hear you dhazer, but my guess would be Gilmore Colts and Howard Vikings from what little has been reported.
Mucky Tundra (30-Apr) : S learn from McKinney who learns from Hafley who learns from the fans. Guaranteed Super Bowl
Zero2Cool (30-Apr) : could*
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : Safeties should learn from Xavier.
dhazer (29-Apr) : And what about grabbing a Gilmore or Howard at CB ? Those are all Free Agents left
dhazer (29-Apr) : out of curiosity do they try and sign Simmons or Hyde to let these young safeties learn from, they can't be day 1 starters.
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : I miss having Sam Shields.
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : Not that he's making excuses, just pointing it out
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : That's for dang sure. Make our erratic kicker have no excuse!
packerfanoutwest (28-Apr) : having a great long snapper is gold
Zero2Cool (28-Apr) : LaFleur looking like he had some weight. Coachin will do that lol
Zero2Cool (28-Apr) : Thanks Mucky and whomever created topcos for each pick!
Zero2Cool (28-Apr) : Insane about Kingsley
