Its almost here! I'm planning on going to at least one game this year in St. Louis. I haven't seen a St. Louis Cardinals game in 3-4 years now. I did attend the first game played in the new Busch stadium, in 2006, which was an exhibition game between the Springfield Cardinals, and the Memphis Redbirds. (AA, and AAA farm teams)

But I have not been back to St. Louis since. If I go, I will most likely purchase the "Left field landing" ticket, which includes an outfield box seat, and all the beer, brats, hot dogs, and nachos you can handle for $69.

GO CARDINALS!

Wow....all that stuff for $69?

That's a pretty cheap package. I'd take it if I where a Cardinals fan.

I have no clue about how good the team is, but, I hope they'll win something for you. 😛

I hope they do well as well.. just a notch below the Brewers and above the Cubs. ;)

My son is a huge Cardinal fan.. I should say Pujols and Scott Roland when he was with the Cards.. I promised him we would get to a game in St Louis someday.. that just might be the package I need to sway me to go this season.

Against the Brewers of course.. another Cards loss. 😉

I love being a Yankees fan when it comes to buying tickets. Everytime they play in the midwest, the ticket prices are about $10 more because they are "premium" games. Ridiculous. I'm planning on catching up with them when they play the White Sox in August.

We'll probably be heading to Kansas City again this year for a few games. We've kind of made it a tradition for the end of summer to go to a few games there and go to the zoo. I think we've narrowed it down to the Rays, Rangers or A's games. We try to see a team none of us have seen before when we go to games in KC.

Do you see Mozeliak picking up any more free agents IM? I hope he can land a slightly older SP, who will listen and re-tool under Duncan.

Hopefully injuries can be kept to a minimum this season for the Cardinals!

I'm not sure, but I sure hope Carpenter can return to his Cy Young form. And I hope one of the young guys can step up to be the closer.

I heard something that Carpenter and the closer might be the same person.
