The ONLY one that did not make me laugh was the Korey Stringer one.
I remember that day well, as i heard about it on the radio as i was driving up to watch the Packers practice.
You could see the looks on the Packer player's faces that something horrible had happened.
I have many photos of the Packers from that day, and no one was smiling.
You hate to hear of something like that. It puts things into perspective.

Yes I always omit that one when using that list in jest.

When it is all said and done.. players are one big family for the most part.. horrible news like that ripples through.

4th and 26 and the '07 INT. I have never been so angry at a play (4th and 26) or sad after a play ('07 INT).

That was about my same feeling towards the plays. I recall yelling at the tv when 4th and 26 happen. How was that possible?

When the pick happened against the Giants, I don't know if I said anything. I think I was just devastated.

I don't want to be to much of a pain, but do you have them on your PCs anywhere? I'd love to see them.

Such a horrible event, something always has to happen for things to change. That's the only good that has come from his death. Things that should've been basic already, finally getting introduced to these training camps.

Stringer's death brought about major changes regarding heat stroke prevention throughout the NFL. His death also addressed complications of pressuring players to "bulk up" to well over 300 lbs. Stringer, who at the time of his death was 6'4" and weighed 335 lbs., was at the lowest weight he had ever been in his pro career. Many teams now train in light color uniforms, water and shade are made readily available, and a team doctor is at practice sessions at all times.
