We offered a spot on the practice squad to Lansanah, but he's talking with other teams for a roster spot.

There's a rumor that Brian Brohm had drawn interest from multiple teams, but didn't want to start over in a new system, allowing us to sign him to our practice squad.

I wont be surprised if Sutton turns out to be better than Brandon Jackson.

I wish him well. Wynn will probably get hurt and Lumpkin should get a chance once again.

Trevor Ford? I don't think he knew what he was doing against the Titans. He got picked on and each time they made a play on him. He is going to be like Ahmad Carroll. I still want Anthony Smith back, we will need him.

Obiozor had offers from other teams as well, but opted to go with the Packers. He felt that they where the best fit.

If I am not mistaken, Obiozor would've made the most money by staying on the Packers Practice Squad as opposed to going to another teams' PS.

At least that is how I think the Bargaining Agreement is set up.... to allow them to receive more money staying with the team that cut them.

I wanted the rookie WR over Allen... and I'm surprised Ford made it... he looked pretty bad at times. Still sad the Packers don't got Sutton.

I have never seen GB sign so many of their own players to the PS. Interesting.

Do bear in mind, fellow Packers fans, that there's no guarantee Sutton will stick with the Panthers. He may well get cut by them as well.

We can sign any player off of our practice squad to the active roster as long as it's six days before our next game. So if Wynn goes down we could clear a spot by cutting someone or adding him to IR and immediately bring up Lumpkin after the game. Same goes for the QB's with Brohm, we just need to clear the spot on the active roster, which could be diffcult.
