When I heard last night that he had fooled around with a porn star, I almost choked on my own saliva. A man reportedly worth over $2.5 billion, who made $101 million last year alone, and he has to chase porn stars? Clearly discriminating taste does not automatically accompany great wealth. Though as my wife pointed out, at least the gutter tramps he was sleeping with weren't accompanied by hordes of paparazzi. We see how well that gambit turned out.

They reported last night that Tiger's wife is demanding something like an extra $5 million a year in order to stay with him. If they actually ink such a deal, I will be forced to conclude that neither has any self-respect. Sure, paying the woman an extra $5 million to hang around is a hell of a lot cheaper than having to shell out the reported $500 million he'd owe her in the event of a divorce, but it's only delaying the inevitable; he's going to have to pay up eventually. And as for her, to consent to living with a man for an extra $5 million yearly allowance is to relegate herself to the status of high-priced whore.

But as my wife put it, maybe they like it that way.

Okay, let me preface this by saying that I have no proof of what I am about to say (yet). Therefore I cannot guarantee the accuracy of these claims. I am simply going to relay a story that was told to me last night.

My buddy's girlfriend told me that her best friend just had an affair with Tiger this past weekend (8/26, 8/27) in Las Vegas. She was in the VIP section of Light ( a very exclusive club inside the Bellagio) when one of Tiger's bodyguards asked her to come meet Tiger. She went over and sat with him, had a few drinks, then left through the back door. Got in Tiger's limo, and he took her back to his exclusive room behind the MGM Grand. Apparently they are super exlusive suites or apartments there, didn't even know they existed.

Now I do know this girl and she is very attractive but not quite on the same level as Elin 🙂 I do not like spreading rumors like this but I'm fascinated by this story for some reason. I would never think of Tiger as the cheating type, especially since he is still a newlywed. She is a nice, normal girl from what I can tell and this is a pretty outlandish story to make up out of the clear blue sky.

Can anyone verify if Tiger was even in Vegas this weekend? All you Tiger lovers, please don't shoot the messenger... I'm just relaying what was told to me. Someone that I know is saying they had an affair with one of the most famous people in the world and I'd like to find out of it is true or not.

I know. That was pretty over the edge. I'll tell you what though, a friend of mine caddied a few weeks ago for a lady on the Future's tour who has played a handful of LPGA events this year. He has all types of gossip, they hate Pressel, like Wie and love Creamer and think she will break all of Annika's records. She also said Tiger is a player. He said "I don't see Tiger Woods in the club just going to some chicks and saying, 'Let's go b******...'" She said he might be surprised. But he is Tiger though.

It has always looked to me like Tiger is much warmer physically w/ his mom and/or dad after wins than he is with Elin, particularly early on when his dad attended tournaments. Is this relevant? I don't know. But I suspect Tiger wouldn't put his reputation on the line by picking up a girl at a bar in a Las Vegas casino.
