Pickett has a reputation as one of the friendliest guys on the team. Good with the media, good with teammates.

I'm not real crazy about this move to DE, though, because he is oversized for the position and obviously this is a move of convenience to get Raji at NT and to replace Jolly. Also, so far I haven't liked Raji at NT as much as I liked Pickett. But we won't really know what we've got until the regular season begins.

Good story, good player, but he sure is making a lot of money for a guy off the field on 3rd down. I wouldn't necessarily call him a thief, that would be filled by Poppinga. I don't question a lot that Uncle Ted does, but I don't quite understand a few of the contracts.

Yeah with Pickett you know what your gonna get... few mistake, very good run stopping and little pass rush push.

With Raji you get mistakes, but you also get pass rush push.

As of right now I rather have Pickett starting at NT and Neal starting at DE. But Raji is never gonna fit his mistakes with out working a lot at NT and they're trying to fix them now. Raji has a lot more upside if he can get ride of his mistakes which mostly seem to come from putting his head down and losing track of where the ball is. Sometimes the RB with the ball is right near him and he doesn't noticed until it's too late like that love run play by Colts RB Addai.
