Matthews is allowing a QB passer rating of 0.2? Is that a typo?

For all the slamming I've heard on Charles Woodson's coverage skills declining, facts are facts. His allowed passing rating is quite good. He intercepts almost 10% of passes thrown against him. That's impressive. I wonder where that ranks against other NFL starting CBs. I'm sure that's way up there. Add in his 8.5 hurries and 2 sacks and we're seeing yet another Pro Bowl season for Woodson.

(I'm singling out Woodson here because there has been a lot of complaining of his declining skills whereas the stats say that he's still elite).

The stats are obviously flawed in nature and perception. They are neat, but flawed. Down and distance, penalties yards, down and distance, etc ... all other things that should be weighed in as well. And how does one dictate how much each weighs for/against?
