I'm not upset at this.

Anyone else?

Nope. It frees up a roster spot to chase after someone who is less likely to sit on our injured reserve list.

Let see... nope.

He supposedly had turned the corner last offseason.. only to make little to no impact.. let him test the waters.. and if nothing else.. he can try to get a camp spot at some point with us if he progresses..

IMO.. we would be better served with either a proven back like Green or FA of liking ... or a hungry rookie that can give us more in production in the offense and or special teams.. think Dexter McCluster. lol.

If we could get a 7th for Wynn, I'd be happy. I would have much rather have kept Sutton. Isn't he playing for someone now? Better to have someone who plays mediocre ball than doesn't play at all.

By the way, this probably means we'll be using a late round draft pick on a RB.

I think we all would have, but Brandon was hurt, Grant was coming off a hamstring injury and I think it came down to Wynn or Sutton. Wynn was touted as the best pass blocking RB we had and he also had size, something Sutton didn't have.

I maintain that if Brandon Jackson was healthy, we would have kept Sutton over Wynn.

Yeah, I didn't think of it that way. That's a shame as Sutton actually plays for the Panthers and returns kicks as well as gets the occasional carry.

He was a very average at returning kicks and had 12 carries throughout the season.

I'm not saying that he isn't going anywhere, but he's too slow for his playing style. I don't mind that we let either go. I just hope that we get a real speedster in this draft. An athlete, more than "just" a RB.

I just want a guy who can play 16+ games and take some carries from Grant (not that I have anything against Grant, in fact, it would be good in the long run as it will extend Grant's career).

Yeah, neither Wynn nor Sutton was it.

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Oh I know; I was just exploring and it blew my mind that you could trade picks because of the whole reordering thing
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : Keep in mind, we do a draft reorder once all members locked in
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : You can have my 12th Rd for your 2nd round

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
