I know jack about the guy but the knock on Harrell is his accuracy?

According to ESPN his completion % in 2008 was 71% and in 2007 was 72%. That seems pretty decent.

Numbers don't mean much sometimes. If I recall the pass that Crabtree caught to beat Texas wasn't very good but Crabtredd made a nice catch and scored a touchdown. An average receiver would have had an incompletion. That probably happend more than a few times. Also Rich Campbell completed 70% in college and we know how that turned out.

Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

Point taken on Crabtree's catch. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for looking at free agents, it's a lot of extra work and the vast majority don't work out, but when you find a good player it's like an extra bonus. I just don't get too excited about statistics from spread type offense QBs. If he turns out to be the next Joe Montana-great.
