If your all-time favorite player from your favorite team left, would you follow the player or stay with the team?

Well, Brett Favre left and I'm still a Packer fan. He may have been my favorite player once but now it's more like "fuck that diva".

Team, totally.

But I can see how it's different when you're a basketball fan. Your team is made up of just 5 real starters with some other rotational players. You can trade away half your team in one off-season. I can imagine that, if your two favorite players on a 5 player team get traded away, you could switch sport.

But still, even in basketball, with my limited knowledge of the game, I'll stick with the T'Wolves, as bad as they may suck.

I'm a PACKER fan. I've never been a fan of a certain player. Always been a "team" guy.
I have players from other teams that i respect, but i don't follow what they do like i do the Packer TEAM.
I also don't hate a player if they leave here. Depending on the circumstances, i may lose respect for them, but that doesn't mean i hate them.

Rock does bring up a good point about the NBA being a players first league. It's hard to see your players come and go so quick but that's the way it works.

Team 100% all the time.

The pack have been around since 1919.

I do believe quite a few players have come and gone in that time.............

I loved Brett when he played for us and still respect him for what he did when he was a Packer.

I will respect him when he finally retires (whenever that will be), but now he is a Viking and an opponent - simple. I wouldn't want it any other way.
