...The Packers officially suck.

Sorry, guys, but it's true. And this is the team we'll have to live with for the rest of the year. The Green Bay Penalties. Welcome to a whole new disgusting era.

/slits wrists.

Penalties were 100% the biggest factor, but like porky88 said, yo can't forgo everything else that happened. Had special teams not sucked Hester wouldn't have put them in a great position on the first one and wouldn't have scored on the second one. Had Woodson held on to the interception at the end it would've been us driving for the gwfg.

Yeah, the Bears didn't win the game as much as the Packers clearly loss. Chicago let the Packer lose it. They waited it out as long as they could and eventually Green Bay just broke down drive after drive.

Looking back, I'm okay with this loss because the Packers didn't deserve to win. Don't get wrong, I hate losing to the Bears and I also would've gladly taken a win. But at the end of the day, this is a game that GB should of loss and they did. If the roles were vice versa and the Packers came out on the losing end, then I would've been steaming because they let that one game away.

The funny thing is the Packers clearly beat the Packers yet the media will continue this Bears are a great team hoopla.

We beat ourselves with more than just penalties. We've played down to the competition for the third week in a row.

It's a close race for who overreacts most to the Packers' first loss of the season, but I believe you are in the lead. They beat Philly at Philly for the first time since 1962, and they beat the Bills 34-7. This was a horrible game for the Packers, no doubt about it, but it doesn't take anything away from the wins in the first two weeks.

You know, the Packers were going to lose a game this season. They'll probably lose again. In fact, I guarantee they'll lose again.

It's escalated because it's the Bears and unfortunately people go nutz.

I understand that. But the Packers should have won this game. I'd rather lose by 3 TD's than lose by a FG because you beat yourself.

Absolutely false. It's escalated because the Packers beat themselves with horrendous play (the quarterback and receivers excepted). Being beat by a superior team while giving one's own best and playing technically and strategically sound football isn't fun, but it's understandable. Giving the game away senselessly is infuriating. That's what people are angry about. These people are paid MILLIONS of dollars to play this game. They're called professionals. There's no excuse for piss-poor fundamentals and sloppy play, not to mention pathetic tactical decisions.

No, you are right. But they were still in position to and should have still came away with a victory. If it was any team with great talent, the Packers would of been down by 3 TD's going into the 4th quarter. This is more just showing how bad the Bears are than how bad the Packers are really.

Let the press build up their team (CHI). It will make them so much easier to defeat the next time we play them (at home). And it will make the victory that much sweeter.
