Maybe this doesn't belong here since it involves the Ufl, but I thought it was interesting. He was available, so we could have had him instead of Howard Green :)

Grady Jackson

With no NFL team interested in his services, long-time veteran defensive tackle Grady Jackson has joined forces with the Florida Tuskers of the UFL.

The UFL announced the move today.

Jackson, 37, entered the league in 1997 with the Raiders. After four years in Oakland, he spent two with the Saints and then four with the Packers. He joined the Falcons in 2006, split time between Atlanta and Jacksonville in 2007, rejoined the Falcons in 2008, and spent 2009 with the Lions.

He's getting pretty old. I don't know of course, but i doubt he's as good as he was several years ago. But i sure liked the guy while he was here.

He gave us a couple of good years before he started dogging it an got let go, like he does everywhere. I'm surprised he's still playing football on any level.
