This was the most complete game the Packers have played since the Arizona playoff game. As Rockmolder pointed out, had the Packers played like this the rest of the season, they would easily be 14-1. It's possibly they might have even beaten the Patriots.

Where was this dedication to the running game earlier in the season when we really needed it? We probably could have prevented at least one, perhaps both, of Rodgers' concussions.

We still need to draft a couple of offensive linemen in the next draft, and it's looking more and more to me like we may need to draft a mid-round wide receiver too.

No matter what happens from here on out, our special teams, offensive line, and wide receivers coaches still need to be collecting unemployment checks within days of the Super Bowl.

Also nice to not see 3 man blitzes every down as soon as we go up two scores.

I was surprised (and pleased) by the play as well. It was so Mike unlike. Just trying to run out the clock and not succeeding can be so frustrating.

I haven't been around here long, but that has been my main complaint about MM.

When we got the ball with a 21 pt lead, I was expecting 3 runs and out, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a deep pass and a TD.

AWESOME game from the entire team!

Nice to see him never really take the foot off the throttle... very rare, like it would have mattered with Eli playing, like his face looks today... ha

What do you have against the WR situation?

Mike McCarthy has two flaws as a coach right now.

1. He has no patience with the running game.

2. He doesn't call a great fourth quarter.

He certainly didn't show those flaws today. It is just one game and he is still growing as a coach, but it is nice to see progress in the way he's coached the game. I don't care what anyone says, I have seen him grow as a coach since the Tampa Bay loss of last season. That was a turning point for him. He's had stumbles since then, but he always manages to right the ship in time for a must-win game.

I don't know if Nonstop agrees, but my faith in Jones as a viable replacement for Driver is dwindling. I've been as big an advocate of his as anyone, but his ill-timed drop/fumble each game, much like a Clifton false start have become too common.
But this is a great day so I don't mean to introduce doom and gloom. Great dominating performance, and I'd add this is a notch in the "big game victory" belt for both AR and MM.

Jones can do some good things when he actually gets the ball into his hands but at this point I wouldn't be that uncomfortable with letting him walk if someone else is willing to over pay him in FA. Jordy has all of the tools to be a pretty solid #2/#3 for the future anyway.
