Missing out on a Super Bowl ring because you were too busy acting like a jackass enough of a lesson learned?

We got there without Jolly, we can get there again without Jolly. You're right on there, although maybe not intentionally. Is it enough of a lesson learned? If he's going to clean up his act, terminate associations with people that will get him into trouble, and make a genuine effort to reform? Absolutely. I have no intention of holding this against him indefinitely.

I guess that's the sticking point. So many celebrities that don't get the point the first time around and piss their fortune and lives away. If he makes the effort, and doesn't get angry that people are skeptical about him for a year or so, he deserves to come back and I'll be happy to have him. If not, get the hell out of town. I guess we'll see.

Adding Jolly will be like adding a decent FA. When he was on our D our run D was top 1-2 if I'm not mistaking and now we're dead last.

We were 18th in rushing yards allowed per game, 3rd in rushing TDs allowed per game and 28th, tied with 3 other teams, in yards per carry. Not quite dead last.
I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.
Not screaming in terror like his passengers.

Jolly only missed this past season. What are you guys talking about?

Any way you look at it, he will be an immediate upgrade over Wynn, Wilson, Harrell, and maybe even Neal. Depth is a GREAT thing, as we've learned this year.

I hope Jolly has gotten his life back together. It doesn't sound like he had been walking down the right path for awhile.

From the Packers standpoint, his addition to the defensive line would be most welcome. He is the prototypical 3-4 DE and proved to be an expert in run support, pushing the pocket, and batting down passes.

I also don't think what happened to Vick or Big Ben should have anything to do with Jolly. Comparative morality, ie. Vick should be allowed to play because Donte Stallworth killed a guy and is still playing. If you have to compare yourself to a murder or rapist or psychotic animal murder to look better, you have some problems.

I know Ted Thompson and McCarthy aren't comparing him to Vick. In my opinion, he committed a non-violent crime & was over punished. He should be allowed to return to the team.

Give him the opportunity with a short leash. Our DLine could have the strongest depth in the league.

Jenkins Raji Pickett
Jolly Pickett Jolly
Neal Howard Wilson
Wynn Harrell Wynn

Wow
We are born naked, wet and hungry. Then things get worse.

Mucky Tundra (1h) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)
Mucky Tundra (1h) : Oh I know; I was just exploring and it blew my mind that you could trade picks because of the whole reordering thing
Mucky Tundra (1h) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder
Zero2Cool (2h) : Keep in mind, we do a draft reorder once all members locked in
Zero2Cool (2h) : You can have my 12th Rd for your 2nd round

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : Micah pulling a Myles with trade request

Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : database is on new host, eventually website will follow
Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
dfosterf (29-Jul) : 50 cent hookers? I'm moving to Green Bay. I thought it was just real estate that was more affordable there. 😂
Zero2Cool (29-Jul) : Sure seems site going down more than 50¢ hooker
Mucky Tundra (27-Jul) : Golden with two TDs in red zone drills today
