When Hitler invaded France, didn't you guys provide him the detour of the Maginot Line?

I'll come visit the swamps someday. Mrs. Dakota feels I owe her a European vacation when the kids move away. You can twist me a fatty.

We don't border the French. The Belgians do. Their fault, not ours.

I know one thing, if I had to take a vacation to Europe, it surely wouldn't be to the Netherlands, Germany etc. Spain looks like a better destination. Although I guess a booze trip to Lloret de Mar isn't that fun when you're old and... Old.

It would be Spain for me. Better looking women. Plus, women on the beaches take their tops off. Priorities, man.

Dakota - Lack of dental skills isn't the only British problem. You know what you call a good looking woman in England? A tourist. The women treat their men like dogs, which is kind of strange considering over 50% of them are closet cases anyways.

WPR - Good catch. I should have used -> instead of >.

Pack93z - I'm proud to say I've seen Jessica Rabbit's kitty. :thumbright:

And Rock, for the 100th time, looks? Why do you even worry about our looks? All you have to do is stick out your tongue and the game is over for the rest of us.

What? I'm going in here, hoping to find an interesting discussion about the new mileage tax, hoping to see some terms flying around like slavery, communism, Fox news etc, but wander into a discussion about Abishag?

I'm thoroughly dissapointed.

Didn't we do all that for awhile earlier in the thread?

I definitely seem to remember myself pontificating a bit.

Rock you can't bring your Socialist ass into this predominantly conservative forum and talk taxes. These dumbasses all think they pay too much the way it is. They have no concept of the services they are provided for their tax dollar.

Funny you mention the military. When the government decides to pay them the same wages that the senators and representatives make, then you have a point. I never condoned 0% taxes. I condone LOWER taxes. The taxes I would condone would be the money that would go to roads, military, and your general public protection (police/firefighters/etc).

I'm a tea partier because I believe in their views in principle. Same reason I am a Republican. Not because I like one guy over another.. But because I read both parties (DFL/GOP) 'constitutions' and agreed far more with the GOP's rather than the DFL's.

Contrary to what you all think, I don't blindly vote GOP just because what I stated above.. As you know, just because a guy's got the GOP letter by his name on the ballot doesn't mean he adheres to the same principles I do (McCain is a prime example). If I run across a name on the ballot that I don't recognize (I try to do as much research in my local primaries as possible to avoid that), I simply don't vote on that position.

Sad thing is.. people don't read up on the major political parties platforms and just assume that because one or a few guys in said party vote one way, that they all do. Or they get their political platforms from slanted sources instead of a unbiased one. I'm not saying that's you or anyone else here. But when I'm lumped into a category before I even had a chance show my cards on whatever subject at hand, it gets old and fast.

I thought I explained what the tea party was to you Formo, and it is this simple. They are the unpaid muscle for wealthy Republicans, and those wealthy don't give a damn about you. You should vote your income bracket, and vote for the taxation of those wealthy bastards that aren't paying their way like you are. Maybe there will be a party for the lower middle class some day but not as long as the GOP can successfully sell the idiotic notion that everyone has the ability to be a millionaire business man.

I am a walking clusterfvck because I have a state government job and a private business. Where do I fit in the cracks of voting? I've never voted for a democrat for the federal government, but if the GOP runs Donald Trump, I'm either voting for Barry or for - God Help me - Ralph Nader. I wouldn't piss on Donald Trump if he were on fire.

All the more reason why "None of the Above" should be constitutionally required on all ballots.

The love child of Palin and Obama would be better than Trump.

I'm sorry, if this country is dumb enough to elect Donald Trump, we deserve to fall into a black hole.
