We have discussed this before. Packer's Ask Vic Column
Historical Perspective

Since 1978 the NFL Champion has had an average Passer rating differential of 23.3. Even after Aaron Rodgers worst game this season with a passer rating below 120, The Packers are in good shape. With a passer rating differential of 43.9, They are tied with the 1975 Steelers. They are still below the 1966 Packers (56.0) but ahead of the 1962 Packers (43.4), the 1996 Packers (40.3), the 1965 Packers (34.9), and the 2010 Packers (31.7).

You may not share my opinion that it is a quick way of coming up with a Power Rankings chart, but here are the season to date team Passer rating differential numbers.

Team Diff
GB 43.9
HOU 34.5
SF 19.8
NE 19.3
NO 17.8
PIT 17
DET 13.5
DAL 13.3
NYJ 12.1
BAL 11.6
NYG 10.4
OAK 2.2
TEN 0.2
CHI -0.4
ATL -0.4
MIA -1.6
CLE -2.5
BUF -3.9
CIN -4.9
SEA -5.7
KC -9.6
SD -9.8
AZ -11.1
CAR -12.3
DEN -12.8
WAS -15.6
STL -16.6
PHI -18.5
TB -19
JAC -25.6
MN -27.4
IND -37.4

What is so surprising is how bad some teames are!
There is a drop after the Packers and another after the Texans (who now have QB problems), then another drop after the Giants.
With so few good QB's it may explain why the rules protecting QB's is so important to the league.

Somewhat surprised about the 1996 numbers.

Then again, Rodgers is putting up a 125.3 rating so far. That means that our defense is allowing opposing QBs a rating of 81,4, which is actually quite decent.

Favre managed "just" a 95.8 rating in 1996. The defense allowed a 55.5 rating to opposing QBs. That's absolutely amazing...

Just think of what this team could do if the defense actually played like last year and actually had a pass rush. We'd be as close to unstoppable as you can get in this league.

Good stuff, thought I would list the top teams and where they are currently seeded.

Top 6 NFC Teams

PRD Rank..TEAM....RECORD..PLAYOFF Seed
(01)........Packers......12-0...........01
(03)........49r's..........10-2...........02
(05)........Saints..........9-3...........03
(07)........Lions...........7-5...........07
(08)........Cowboys......7-5...........04
(11)........Giants..........6-6...........08

PRD Rank..TEAM....RECORD..PLAYOFF Seed

(02)........Texans.......9-3............03
(04)........Patriots......9-3............01
(06)........Steelers.....9-3............05
(09)........Jets............7-5............09
(10)........Ravens.......9-3............02
(12)........Raiders......7-5............08

Just a personal analysis, looks like The top 6 PRD teams have the best records, and except for Steelers have the top playoff seeds.

Ravens swept The Steelers so at this point Ravens have better playoff seed, that could change.

Pretty interestinG though that only 4 of the top 12 PRD teams, at this point, would miss the playoffs. All four are losing due to tie-breakers so things could change here also.
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

dfosterf (27m) : I'm going to call that a good move.
Zero2Cool (14h) : Packers sign CB Corey Ballentine
Zero2Cool (23h) : I'm not sure how to kill the draft order just yet so it's not so confusing.
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : *to be able
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Oh I know; I was just exploring and it blew my mind that you could trade picks because of the whole reordering thing
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : Keep in mind, we do a draft reorder once all members locked in
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : You can have my 12th Rd for your 2nd round

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : Micah pulling a Myles with trade request

Mucky Tundra (31-Jul) : The West has fallen
Mucky Tundra (31-Jul) : After starting off camp with 25 straight made field goals, Brandon McManus has missed one
Zero2Cool (31-Jul) : But it should be stable
Zero2Cool (31-Jul) : It's probably gonna be slower.
Zero2Cool (31-Jul) : We're gonna just full go on to the new host.
Zero2Cool (31-Jul) : What crap. Site issues galore
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : if PH dies, there is packerpeople com available
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : database is on new host, eventually website will follow
Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
