Two quick calls on Jordy Nelson that didn't really even look close enough to be borderline. Give me a break! The refs shouldn't feel like it's there job to "make a statement" (the only possible reason I can think of for that to happen). If they have a concern maybe they should mention it to the coaches before hand instead of pulling bogus flags out of their ass.

I'm not blaming the refs for the loss at all so don't get on me about that but am I the only one who thought that series of events was a little unusual?

It just solidifies the factoid that Jordy Nelson is over the rated. Accept that Jordy is nothing without Greg.
It'll be okay.

We played like dog shit - deserved to lose - but should have won if McCarthey just challenges that fumble out of the end zone.

Shitty calls, I thought they were very questionable. As some of you know, I do posit a conspiracy that generally, the refs agenda is to keep games as close as possible to promote tv ratings. Mission accomplished.

I also thought the calls were questionable at best. I think one was closer than the other, but still weak in general. It did strike me as 'statement' calling as well, but not just because I'm in to conspiracies or anything. I'm pretty sure that we (and possibly most teams) have a quality control coach research officiating crews' tendencies as a part of the game-planning process. If a crew calls a lot of holding penalties for example, the O-line would be pushed in practice to have great fundamentals and be particularly clean on their blocks. I think that if this crew was big on offensive pass interference we would have been extra careful with our hand and arm positions coming out of breaks.

Sounds kind of crazy to use just how prepared and disciplined a team and staff are as the only argument for early calls being statement calls, but that's how I see it... and I wasn't pleased.

If we are going to entertain conspiracy theories, we might note that there were some other pretty significant upsets this week. Maybe The Illuminati of Las Vegas declared this to be "upset week."

Did not get a good look at the first one, they never showed a replay showing any contact. The second, they showed a replay but there was no contact. I wish we knew what the refs were thinking.

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
