puhleez...i know what they do & what they don't do. i wasn't ranting about wildlife or dangers of them - i was merely speaking to the way they are changing the way our countryside looks. the only people it benefits are the ones who agree to have them on their land AND (in the case of our area) chicago! property taxes are not lowered, property values ARE. good, rich, illinois black dirt is compromised.

p.s. i knew it'd tweak yer nips a bit so i was bein a tad on the bitchy side. i love irritating you haze.

edit: strip mining...no. pipelines...yes. going thru many pieces of my property. ruining crop production.

Wow...cool job, dhazer.

I still think the turbine my school just built is a boondoggle, though, given that the only way it got built was with a big fed subsidy.

Julie, how can you not like a field of giant penises sticking up though?
