Oh, and cut Cobb too while you're at it.

There's a reason he was cut, I think three times, before. If he showed something then keep trying to develop him, but he has only displayed why he has been cut. One would think there would be someone else out there that is more worthy of putting time and effort into.
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

0-2 It's over. 2012 is a bust!

Cut them all... Re-load.

I am not worried about Harrell.. and I think Datko showed that he can play at this level.

I think we need to find at least one more offensive lineman for this team.

Newhouse,Lang,Saturday,Sitton,Bulaga,EDS, and Datko start the season. Sherrod stays on the PUP.

That means we probably may have another spot available.

I think that has the making of a decent line. The rest.. one really can't tell as they are a jumbled mess. Coaches film probably reveals more.

I like the talent on this team.. but I think the lackadaisical approach.. the lack of emotion and fire from all is concerning.

I may expect that from the vets.. but the young guys should be spitting fire. And I don't see it.

One word that would describe it.. Flat.

McCoy (26) is only a year younger than Harrell (27). But, he is more athletic and does have experience starting. He's also damaged goods.

Harrell does have around 3 years in McCarthy's system, which may make him more ready for emergency action. I'm not sure that McCoy (with 2 months of preparation) will be better than Harrell (with 3 years of preparation) should Aaron go down (God Forbid).

Coleman is just a practice squad guy at this point. He may be ready to compete next offseason.

My final point is that If McCarthy and Tom Clements trust Graham, then I do.

McCoy will play hard regardless. Like the guy as a person and a player. Would love to have him as a backup. Felt that way back in the off season too. Herb has no place on our line.

I had the privilage of watching The Browns feed of the game last night with Bernie Cosar as the color man.(anyone remember bernie?)

He had me laughing by the end of the 3rd quarter he said it was probably a done deal that Ted would be on the phone with Holmgren trying to trade for Colt McCoy.

When Coleman threw the late interception Bernie said, well that's it they both should be gone, neither is worthy of a roster spot.

Coleman's throw looked to me to be a timing pattern to the sidelines, and the reciever ran up the field instead of sitting down and waiting for the pass. IMHO even though the throw was intercepted, it showed Coleman's arm strength, and I'm not sure as I said the reciever ran the wrong route.

Mike hasn't put 3 years of work into Harrell just to let him go because he had a bad night in pre-season.

These games are all about evaluating the young talent, put Harrell with the #1's and he would be just fine right now, not great but he wouldn't be running for his life every play.

Pack has to get the vets healthy before opening day, or it could be a long early season.

I would like to see Coleman get a shot with the 2s at least. I like Graham Harrell and was really open to giving him a chance but I honestly have seen a lot more to like about Coleman. Unless Harrell does something to stand out I would pretty much rather see Coleman as the back up instead of risking trying to put him on the practice squad.

beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
