“The confidence is definitely coming back,” he said. “I haven’t stepped on the field and practiced yet, so that’s a different type of confidence. But as far as cutting and running routes, that’s all stuff I’m doing. I’ve been cutting on it hard, and the last couple of weeks my confidence has been building.”

Sounds like he'll be ready as soon as he's eligible.

Hope that is true. Quarless is a player who has as much potential if not more than Finley. He came up big in the SB run for us. Hope he can make it back and contribute and reach that potential on the team.

The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

I still wouldn't be surprised to see Quarless placed on IR. His injury was nasty. It was be a pleasant surprise, but the Packers tight end group is crowded, to say the least.

To be honest though I'd prefer Quarless and Crabtree as our 1st 2 TE's. Crabtree is a beast of a player.

Quarless has never made much of an impression on me. He's been an ok blocker at best, he never seemed to get open much and when he did he dropped a lot of passes.
