Ran a 4.4, is about 6' or 6' 1"

QBs had injuries his senior year, so didn't have the production.

Another big, gifted WR:

Kevin Dorsey Profile

University of Maryland wide receiver Kevin Dorsey conducted a private workout for the New England Patriots on Wednesday, according to a Terrapins source.

The 6-foot-2, 210-pounder caught 18 passes for 311 yards and three touchdowns last season.

The Terrapins had issues at quarterback all season, though.

Dorsey ran the 40-yard dash in 4.47 seconds and bench pressed 225 pounds 17 times at his campus Pro Day workout in College Park.

He had a 10-10 broad jump and a 38-inch vertical leap.

He caught 45 passes for 573 yards and three touchdowns as a junior.

Dorsey is regarded as a potential late-round draft pick or priority free agent whose stock is regarded as rising, according to draft analysts.

Yeah, another big, fast WR. Not bad if he and or Johnson can stick.

With Jones entering the final year of his contract, I get the impression they want a big, physical WR ready for the future with Cobb and Nelson (though his is up in 2014 I get the impression they'll try to keep him around). Of course, that's assuming either of them make the team.

the number 4 and 5 spots are open. I don't think Boykin or Ross are locks. It was like I was saying a couple of years ago. There is always going to be a crop of young guns out there. We don't need any one in particular. We simply need 1 or 2 of them on the team.

I get the impression Thompson scanned his list of priority UDFAs, and identified the ones most likely to get grabbed by somebody else or have a lot of competition for signing, and then drafted them in the 7th round - Johnson and Dorsey. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Packers keep 6 wideouts like in several past years also - 3 out of the 4 - the 2 new UDFAs and Ross and Boykin.

Martha Careful (1h) : Congratulations Sterling Sharpe. He was terrific and I loved watching him play.
beast (17h) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (17h) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
