First up, the offense:

Quarterback: Aaron Rodgers, Scott Tolzien.

Analysis: Coach Mike McCarthy said at last week's NFL owners meetings that he not only hopes to bring back Matt Flynn but also would to take a fourth, developmental quarterback into training camp.

Running back: Eddie Lacy, James Starks, Johnathan Franklin, DuJuan Harris, Michael Hill, Orwin Smith, Ina Liaina (fullback).

Pick up another great hands WR, a bruiser for TE and a project at QB and they are set.

The only real need to me seems a top WR. I mean, a complete stud WR. Imagine how great that would be to line up 4 wide. Personally, I'm not seeing that great a need for TE. I like Quarless way better than Finley. He is more versatile and assignment sure. Bostick seems like he could take the next step right into Finely's old deep threat role. Stoneburner looks like someone who could develop into that all around solid, workman - like TE that just goes out there and gets the job done.

I would love for us to draft one of the big fellas like Mike Evans from Texas A&M, or Martavis Bryant from Clemson, Allen Robinson from Penn State, Jordan Matthews from Vandy, or Kelvin Benjamin from FSU. All of these players have phenomenal credentials, and would immediately turn this offense into a complete juggernaut. Rodgers would love it. Maybe drafting one of these players is less of a need, and more an insurance of continued greatness at the position. I would totally dig that.

Backup C and we're golden.

To me, I would rather add a 6-5 burner WR to essentially do what Finely did in creating mismatches in the open field, but better. This way, you still have the crazy athleticism, speed and catching abilities in a WR, while maintaining deception with a traditional TE who can stay in a block for a run play, pass protect, or break into the flat as a receiver.

What I want, and what I really think Quarless essentially is, is a more conventional TE - a guy who first and foremost can catch, a big target who can set up as a possession receiver and get first downs. As for being a deep threat, Quarless, I think, gets sold short on that. He has decent speed, at least close to what Finley had. I guess I didn't mention block and run hard after the catch - both of which Quarless also did better than Finley. Throw in Bostick and maybe Stoneburner, and I really don't think we need another TE.

As for getting that phantom Randy Moss clone at wideout, good luck. Sure, somebody like that would be great to have, but there too, we are fine with what is on the roster right now.

The Packers way is to cross-train other O-Lineman to play Center. We could use a mid to low rounder for that purpose, and that's about it for the offense. I'd maybe bring in a kicker to keep Crosby from backsliding.

I just don't see a Megatron type guy being available when we pick.
And probably not a hybrid TE type either.
We can only wait and see.

I kind of like where we are with WR were if a great one falls to us early in the draft it would still be worth taking him but we're still in good shape even if we wait till later and go for a high upside prospect type.

Boykin is vastly overrated. No way he can fill JJ's shoes.

Ted will get a big, talented WR in this draft. At leasts one.

As for big/talented, who the hell is there below the first round? That Martavius guy? I haven't heard any others even mentioned.
