Remember a few years ago we went into the Jets house and beat them? Did it to the Texans a couple years ago too.

At Denver Manning will have his best game in the last 10 years, he is not worst than Rivers and he is playing at home.

He's 31st in passer rating, one spot ahead of Ryan Mallett. If not for his name we'd be comparing him to Rex Grossman at the helm of the 2005 Bears. Manning looks a shell of his former self.

I will be sorely disappointed if we allow him to be effective.

It's a team game. It's possible to win with terrible quarterback play. Right now the Broncos are winning in spite of not because of Peyton Manning. The defense giving up the fewest yards per game and the second fewest points per game is a huge part of that. A weak schedule so far is another.

He struggled in the second half of last year and it's even worse through the first six games this year. He's 39. It's not unfathomable to think he's past it.

Here's another fun stat: Denver has allowed 8 touchdowns through the air this year; Peyton Manning has 3 of them.

That is quite a set of circumstances you are expecting there.

2000 - 25 of 44 294 yards 3 TD 1 INT (Packers W)
2004 - 28 of 40 393 yards 5 TD 0 INT (Packers L) ( this was in the RCA dome, protecting Peyton from the elements)
2008 - 21 of 42 229 yards 0 TD 2 INT (Packers W)

Peyton hasn't faced the Packers with Dom Capers.

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent

Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.

beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
