I have done must best to explain my position. If you still don't get it I can't help define it any more.

Show me when I have ever said he would fall down like a 175 pound smurf type WR or worse yet run out of bounds to avoid contact giving up 5 yards. Show me where I said he can't hit hard like a RB. He can but the plays where they treat him like that type of RB are few and far between. They don't run him up the middle 6 plays in a row for 2 first downs.

but why does that not make him a RB? He's just a different type of RB than the one you are talking about. He excels at off tackle/outside zone/misdirection type runs so that's what they use him on more. I'm sure he'd get 2 or 3 yards a pop if they pounded him up the gut every play but that would be a waste of his talents and it wouldn't make him any more of a RB.

Can we all just agree that they should keep doing what they have been with him, only more of it? I don't know that anybody wants him to be a traditional up the gut runner or that he'll be better at that than say, a Ripkowski.
