Friday night is pizza night.
Tonight it will be from Ralphs Deli.
One large to go, half cheese and pepperoni for my wife, half cheese, cudighi. mushrooms, onions and green peppers for me.
Rolling Rock for a chaser.
If we were to dine out, (which my wife will never do on Friday night) there is no pizza better than Congress Pizza.
The problem with Congress on Friday night is that after 5 pm you are looking at a two hour wait for your pie and at 3 bucks a bottled beer while you wait it gets pretty expensive.
Now if we were in Green Bay the destination would definitely be Rustique Pizza and Lounge in Suamico on Velp Avenue.
Fabulous wood fire pizza.
And if you like the Packers, a lot of Packers players and coaches go there.

Ahh, bacon and eggs, I could eat that morning, noon and night.
I do my bacon 🥓 in the oven.
Eggs must be fried not scrambled.
Toast, homemade white.😛

I looked for one with home fries , but was short of time. I also recommend a bowl of grits , a southern favorite. Don't forget the cup of Coffee or glass of Orange Juice .
