I know we had no chance on these guys or I should say i don't believe Ted Thompson had any interest in these guys but here is some more names off the board that have been mentioned here.

Patriots | Williams contract details
Wed, 18 Mar 2009 13:40:48 -0700

Updating a previous report, Christopher L. Gasper, of the Boston Globe, reports New England Patriots SS Tank Williams signed a one-year deal worth $620,000.

Cardinals | Berry agrees to terms
Wed, 18 Mar 2009 15:31:45 -0700

The Arizona Cardinals have announced they have agreed to terms with unrestricted free-agent DL Bertrand Berry (Cardinals) on a one-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

I remember seeing someone saying the Pats and Steelers build thru the Draft well the Pats went nuts today. They signed 4 players today.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

The Patriots re-signed like 3 guys and a backup from the Dolphins...
I thought only signing backup FAs was a bad thing?

Ya cheesey....seriously.

I've never been a huge Sharper fan, but considering the defensive scheme that he was asked to play in Minnesota, he did a decent job....not great, but decent.
Sharper's problem is he sometimes lets his alligator mouth override his humming bird ass. Ya don't talk smack when you can't back it up.

With that said, I still put most of the failure(s) on Childress. He doesn't utilize players talents to the best fit. And as far a his being a "quarterback guru"....well that speaks for itself.

Some of my purple brethren will disagree with me, but in my opinion Childress is a failure.
I'm old school when it comes to responsibility...he is the "Captain of the ship".

I prefer tiny nut syndrome, but somehow your explanation has more pizazz. Darlene ought to thank the Williams boys and EJ for extending his soon to be over career.

Absolutely true.

Loved having Sharper on the Vikings.. A few years ago. This past year, I watched him get burned too many times (which includes him taking a HORRIBLE angle to the ball).

Well I bet he just did bad for the Vikings because in his heart he is a Packer so he screwed over the Vikings....now he'll do good in New Orleans because they aren't a rival to the Packers.

Zero2Cool (1h) : Well, not crazy, it makes sense. Crazy I didn't notice/find it earlier

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : *to be able
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Oh I know; I was just exploring and it blew my mind that you could trade picks because of the whole reordering thing
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
