Even if our season is over, I'm just happy to see Rodgers enjoy the game again... When he's at his best is when he's having fun playing football. That's something we didn't see pretty much all season. Even when the Packers were down 15, you could see him smiling while making the comeback.

Something I expect a lot more of next season. Of course that's me expecting a coach, unlike McCarthy, who knows who to scheme to get receivers open.

As has been pointed out previously, part of his more joyful demeanor may be that Rodgers has had a thawing/reconciliation with his parents.

You may recall that on the video on the Packers website which was recorded the day after McCarthy was terminated, Rodgers said he found out the termination when “he was at home with his folks.”

No matter how much these guys are paid, they are human beings.
