I think if Orakpo, Maybin, Curry, & the top or top 2 offensive linemen are off the board, Ted might pick him up, the reason i didn't add Raji to that is because i dont think theres a chance in hell ted picks Raji after that drug test thing. He might just trade it down also...

The peeps that came out with the story should really get sued for defaming his character. I'm not a sue happy peep but thats just wrong.
Or maybe raji should get to use those guys as practice dummies for a season.

It would be pointless to sue them. Libel is an extremely hard case to win. In order to successfully prosecute a libel suit, it would have to be provable that the writers had malicious intent and knowingly published false st atements -- knew for a fact that these players had not in fact tested positive. Short of producing witnesses who could credibly testify that they'd heard the journalists bragging about defaming these players, there'd be virtually no way of proving this, and the journalists' defense would be simple: They were simply reporting what their (naturally unnamed) sources had passed onto them.

I'm all for freedom of the press, but I personally believe that when demonstrably false information has been published, journalists shouldn't be able to continue protecting their unnamed sources. Just as the Constitution guarantees us the right to know who has accused us in a court of law, I think unnamed sources who relay false information should no longer be able to hide behind the curtain of anonymity and should be forced to stand accountable for their actions.
