1) I can confirm Nagler's report that the original trade offer was Davante for #22/Waller before the league shut it down.

2) My *guess* is that if GB is in the Waller market the value would be a 2nd round pick. He wants a new deal too.

I'm interested, but at what cost? I need to know more about what a trade would involve. I know they attempted to get Waller in the Davante trade. So, why would the Raiders give him up now?

I do like Bobby, but Waller is a high quality TE that would be a very valuable weapon.

If it's true that they had a tentative deal in place but couldn't because of Adam's being on the franchise tag, why not just break the trade up into two smaller deals and execute one after the other? Why the long delay?

Dude is a good player, but it just seems like they are trying to "buy" a championship.

As a comparison Deguara was the TE with the best numbers. 25 of 33 for 245 yards.
Lazard the 2nd best receiver 40 out of 60 with 513 yards.

Tonyan in 2020 52 of 59 for 586 yards.

Before any further discussion, I need more than a Aaron Nagler rumor. I have found no one credible reporting that the Packers are engaged in talks with the Raiders for Waller.

A lot of crap hitting walls around draft time. My BS meter is starting to register pretty high on this one.
