"We" don't get to decide. The front office has never said that they plan to keep Jenkins at LG forever. Least I don't recall hearing them say it.

Lo and behold, the damn Packers went and screwed up and did it anyway. Thankfully, they put their LG back at his position and wouldn't you know it, the offensive line started to play better.

So, I think WE need to stop pining for moving our stud LG around and let the guy rock out where he's at. And WE can only HOPE that the damn coaches stop trying to out smart themselves. I'm all for giving guys a shot at different positions (SIDETRACK: High School coach had Barry Sanders at DB, new one came in and said, nope, not anymore, we're gonna put you at RB and see how you do) because sometime it works out, sometimes it doesn't ala Rasul Douglas on the inside.

One of the things that irked me about Packers drafts is taking Tackles and moving them inside. It didn't seem like a one off here and there. It felt like it was almost a GOAL of theirs.

I guess to better summarize what my point is here is I want masters, not jacks of all trades. And I think you have a higher chance of achieving greatness when you are more singularly focused on one goal.

Hell, I even contradicted myself here a bit because I said I thought WE liked Zach Tom for LT and the dude was an interior lineman! But that's what I mean. You can try, but have to be quick to go back. And I think with Jenkins, we've tried and its' time to stop moving him around. The pairing of Zach Tom at LT and Elgton Jenkins at LG seemed to be pretty damn strong duo. I could be mistaken though.

I think Gute will trade out of #13..

That being said, I'm going with Bijon Robinson.

The Giants and Cowboys will be fighting over who can trade for him .

Even if Gute keeps him,  what a trifecta of RB's for 2024 anyway .

Hell J. Love may only have to pass 20 times a game with that set of Rb's
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

We got Sean Rhyan sucking up oxygen money and a spot on the 53. He looked good on paper, never played a down, got suspended. Hell of a red-shirt year.

I will be surprised if the Eagles don't take Bijan. That looks like a terror for the rest of the NFC if they do.

So I mean ... maybe cast him off anyway lol

I'm not writing him off, instead I'm wondering if the Pack is factoring in his potential, also how many wanna be tackles this team carries that sure look like guards, coupled with the scary suckage on that o line for a shitty percentage of the 2022 season. It's complicated. I prefer going d at 13 right now, and I never thought I would say that.

That is draft day afternoon, not when we are on the clock. Shit happens

In that regard, a strong tackle or Skoronski would be nice.   Mayer even better.

I wonder if the Packers brass, just for comedic relief, looks at mock drafts and commentary and laughs to themselves?

I'm thinking of switching up my guess, to be less out on limb. I'm now thinking the Packers pick...

OT Broderick Jones, Georgia
TE Dalton Kincaid, Utah
TE TE Michael Mayer, Notre Dame

Of course if they stay at #13 it's OL, but I think they might trade back and pick a TE.
