The juxtaposition with the Steelers' defense is pretty wild. Near dead last in yards give up but 13th in scoring defense? I wonder what the deal is there. Lots of long drives but holding opposing teams to FGs? I guess that's the only way to win with an offense as bad as they have.

Two Steelers are ruled out vs Green Bay. First is Minkah Fitzpatrick with a lingering hamstring injury. Second is Montravius Adams with an ankle injury. Yes, *that* Montravius Adams. Moreover, Adams being out might be a key to Green Bays hot/cold running game this Sunday.

“Adams’ run-stop and stuff metrics don’t really pop — unless he’s aligned specifically as a nose tackle,” they wrote. “The 6-foot-4 tackle leads all players in run stuffs (7) and run-stuff rate (8.8%, min 100 defensive snaps) from a nose tackle alignment this season. In fact, Adams accounts for three of the 18 games this season in which a player aligned as a nose tackle has recorded multiple run stuffs.

What makes Adams’ numbers even more impressive is how often he’s double-teamed. His 61.4 percent double-team rate as a nose tackle is the highest in the league since 2021 (min. 300 defensive snaps).”

Last play of the game was a horrible pass. He threw it right to the defender. At least throw a jump ball knowing the whole defense is in the endzone

Really frustrating game. Frustrating because I think this is one the Packers should have had based on what we saw on the field. The backwards pass that Packers recovered really loomed large. So did that blocked extra point.

After the end of the game, someone was hitting Tom while he was on the ground, on the sideline, after making the tackle.

IMO, that someone needs to be suspended.

Tom was just tackling the returners, whom didn't have to return the ball...

beast (9h) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
