Here is the question for all Packer Fans, posters on all the web sites, and all of you who comment on the Packers in editorials, and such.

The question is simple.

"Why I Should Be The G.M. Of The Packers?

Now... When you post, if you do, please state the reason YOU are credible in your criticism of the Packers G.M. at this time.

Look at it like a resume.

State your experience in judging talent at the college level. Please state your ability to negotiate contracts and what your approach is? Please state and out line your five year plan. Please take a look at, and suggest changes to your infrastructure of the organization you are taking over, from the bottom up. From the trainers , to the scouts, to the coaches, to the head coach.

You must state your past performance record on your job. And all jobs you have had, along with your record of positive achievement in that area to get the opportunity to be G.M. of the Green Bay Packers.

After you have done that.... And posted it here.

Please explain why ANY Fan has the right to "Have a passion of hate toward any G.M. in the N.F.L." like so many Packer Fans and NFL team fans have toward the G.M. of their team.

It is the right of a FAN to question moves by a G.M. Single moves, Perhaps a draft pick? But it is not the right to "HATE" as a whole.

It is not the right of a fan to "Put a hate on." that G.M. unless they can answer the questions set forth herein above.

My point is very simple....

I will not "Put A Hate On." any one who is better than me in any field of endeavor.

I think there should be no responses to this post. If every one follows the rules, and posts their back ground and record of achievement in managing a football team.

This should be a thread that has ZERO RESPONSES.

RP, you are a helluva a contributor to this website. Anyway we could get you to write up articles? You have a really neat insight on perception on things that captivates the mind.

I couldn't be GM. I'd be like Jerry Jones playing freaking Fantasy Football lol

RP - I see what you're saying, but completely disagree.

Yes, I am not qualified to be a GM. But I'll be damned if I can't criticize them.

Here's my analogy - can you build a car from scratch? Well, then you shouldn't compare one model of car to another, because if you can't, you have no right to criticize. That's just silly.

Actually, I don't think anyone should bitch about cars. That drives me nuts. Fords better than Chevy, blah. It's a freaking production line! If you take 100 random cars and drive them equally for each manufacture the results will be equal. Except for Dodges, they suck with tranny's lol

100 cars is not a reasonable sample size to determine a statistically significant (in)difference, so obtaining similar performance may well be down to chance. Furthermore, it's the comments by the consumers that ultimately drive the industry forward (hah, get it?). Constructive criticism makes the world go round.

As for our GM, I ask for nothing more than to the make the best informed decision, within a reasonable period of time, for the benefit of the Green Bay Packers. If the action/inaction is logically sound, based on the information obtained from the internal and external environment, then that's all I really can ask for.
