Black Ops will be the ONLY CoD game I will buy. I'm not a fan of FPS on a console (I'm old school), but this game looks freakin' sweet.

Is that CounterStrike? MY GOD I used to play that game when I was young (old school), and yes that is a ridiculously amazing game. I hope that you do give Black Ops a chance tho, because it is pretty frickin good. And the multiplayer is an upgrade from CS, believe it or not.

CounterStrike, and then later, CounterStrike: Source.

I'm giving Black Ops a chance cause it looks so damn cool. Probably won't bother much with multiplayer though.

Only one I ever played on the comp was DOD:S. Good stuff though. Makes me want to go back for old time's sake.

I have a really hard time with FPS. I prefer TPS (third person shooters...). I thought Killzone 2 was fun, but I still have a hard time adjusting to the first person vantage point.

One thing about FPS in contrast to TPS is that they are all relatively the same as far as controls. With TPS, different games have different camera angles, which always seemed to be a little tough for me to go from one game to another. I can go from playing MW2 to playing Killzone without too much difficulty.

Sinclair 1000, maybe a c-64 with the 1541  that you got at Toys R Us because the computer shops would die within 6 months of opening due to the fact that no one knew what it was that they sold...

You bought the Sinclair because it was name-brand.

Timex, lol

300 baud and lovin' it because you knew no better.

Ascii... And waiting minutes for a single one line response.

Data to an audio cassette tape.

Checking account number to Compuserve so they can charge you by the minute.

Hookup with the twin pigtails at 300ohms to the black and white tv.

Formo.

Old school.

lol

CS:S is the best FPS game I've played, which is why I mentioned it. CS 1.4 was better than 1.6 (maps weren't jewed).
