Remember months back NSD was in an argument that it's easy to gain 30 pounds in a year? It had to do with CM3 being accused of being on steroids.

Gaining weight is EASY. I knew of an MMA fighter who could drop and gain 15 pounds in a DAY. 30 pounds in a year would really be easy.

Well, here I finally have some proof. I didn't want to disclose the MMA fighter's name but I can readily disclose this person.

Manny Pacquiao recently defeated Antonio Margarito in a bout. Pacquiao likes being at 144 but went to 148 for the fight. Margarito barely made the weigh in at 150 but gained 15 pounds for the fight at 165.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manny_Pacquiao#Light_Middleweight_division

(before any of you say "well, that's wikipedia, anyone can edit it," check their source. It's #97).

CM3's not on steroids folks. Most I ever gained in a day was 5 pounds and most I've dropped was 9. I felt sick dropping 9 so I'll never do that again, but if I wanted to, I don't think I'd have any trouble gaining 30 pounds in a year. And I'm not even a professional. CM3 works with guys who are making $100/hr giving him advice. I only charged $25. They know their stuff 100 times more than I did (I haven't done this since the early 90s and technology/research is WAY better than it was back then).

Collegiate and Olympian wrestler Chris Taylor use to fluctuate 20 pounds or so a day. Of course he weighed 400 pounds or so at the time..

(Chris is the wrestler on the top.)

You are very special Zero.
I walked off my diet when we were redoing the floors last week. (no stove so we ate out most of the week) I gained 6 pounds in a little more than a week's time. There was a birthday and a Packer's game in the mix as well.

The guy on the bottom (West German) actually won the match. The ref (Olympic judge, go figure) did not call the match after he touced his shoulders to the mat. He then bridged up on hi head and turned to his right taking Chris over and on to his back. Chris lost the match.

It was legendary in wrestling circles for years. The great Dan Gable wrestler/coach had a poster of this photo on his walls for years.

LOL! All i can say is.....wait till you are older!!!
MANY people i know were like you......till they got older and their metabolism slowed down.
My sister is a perfect example. She's 5' 3" tall, and always weighed around 105 pounds. I didn't see her for ONE YEAR and drove out to her place to surprise her. I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE HER! She looked like the "Michelin Man".
She weighs more then i do now.
Last time i saw her, she made a comment "Remember how i used to tease you about being fat?" I laughed and said "yeah".......she said "I got payback."

The only time i lost alot of weight was back in the 1980's, when, for one solid year, i ate only ONE meal, every 2 days. Lost 45 pounds. Then went back to "normal" eatting and gained it all back......and more.

Cheesey you lost weight last year too. Of course going under the knife tends to do that to a person.

Vincent D'Onofrio gained 70 lbs for his role as Private Pyle in Full Metal Jacket. That's just one example that comes immediately to mind. There have been dozens, if not scores, of examples throughout Hollywood history in which men have had to gain vast quantities of muscle for roles. Many of them had to immediately had to drop the weight for subsequent roles, only to regain it again when they reprised their former roles in sequels.

Weight gain is a simple equation: Consume more calories than you burn, progressively overload your muscles with weight training, and you'll gain muscle mass.

Clay Matthews III doesn't even look like he's on steroids. Anyone who thinks he does probably has little to no experience with weight training.
