This squabbling is just sad.

Yes you're entitled to your own opinion, but the Packers are not a barely above average team.

This team has a better shot than it did last year, even with the injuries (with the exception of the Rodgers one). All one has to do is point at the Jets game.

And we really showed our potential against the Cowboys...45-7 is definitely above average, I don't care who you're playing.

Rodgers most likely out, Flynn in.
A street freeagent possibly starting at OLB.
Poor offensive line.
No running game.
Patriots second in interceptions.

Prediction: Very ugly!

I'm a "homer", but even i don't have much hope for a Packer win this week.

Too many injuries.
All those 3 point losses are biting us in the butt now.

Why all the negativity? hell listen to anyone on radio, tv, wherever, The Packers have absolutely no chance to win this game, to bad patriots are to well coached to bye into it.

MM has nothing to lose, throw everything at them on Sunday night, if Packers lose, well so be it, they are suppose to, if they win...well what a story it will be on Monday mng.

The Almighty Tom Brady is still human, Ben Jarvis Green Ellis, is no Adrian Peterson, The Packers still have The #1 Defense(pts allowed) in The NFL.

There is Hope

GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!! 13-6 Packers win.

The last time Matt Flynn started a football game was for LSU.

LSU crushed Ohio State 38-24 to win the national championship.

Flynn threw for four touchdowns and was named offensive MVP of the game.

I feel so sorry for the Patriots, we're bringin' in our blue chipper to fuck 'em up.

I agree with a lot of stances taken in this thread and its obvious Flynn is a down grade from Rodgers starting at quarterback. However, Flynn did show some potential last week (without taking #1 snaps an entire week). Flynn might surprise some of you, he surely isn't a crumby back-up...just doesn't have a ton of playing experience. He sits behind Rodgers and learns from him and from watching *some* of his play last Sunday, it shows.

My stance is, the offense is not going to win the game for us. We have a GREAT defense and I think only one person (buckeyepackfan +1) has mentioned that. I am placing all hopes of winning this game on our highly ranked defense. I hope the offense is able to capitalize off the defensive game play on Sunday night.

(Also crossing my fingers that Bears also don't like the cold weather up in Minny.)

Exactly. Good defenses are capable of shutting down good offenses, and that's how the Packers can win. A good special teams play would help too. We are overdue for one of those. I think this will at least be a close game, although considering the Packers' poor record in close games this year, I would still pick the Patriots to win it.
