Buck, try the Motel 6. Its 2 miles north of Lambeau, and its the cheapest one you'll find, and decent. Depending on how many nights you stay, your rate will be as low as about $65 a night. I'm staying 4 nights, and the total was about $260.

The # is 920-494-6730.

Also the Bay Motel is decent as well. Its $135 for the first night, $100 for the second, and about $40 for every night after that. Its 1 mile north of Lambeau. 920-494-3441.

And if you don't mind a short drive across the Fox River, the Mariner Motel is $100 a night. Not the best hotel, but ok. 920-437-3760.

That is why I normally stay in Appleton or further away. $60-80 a nite. I didn't know TXPacker would have a car and could stay that far away or I would have mentioned those places. Plus I thought he may want to soak in the Titletown atmosphere while he was here. My bad.

We plan on going out Saturday night making our way back to the hotel getting up early Sunday head to Lambeau then check out the rest of Green Bay after the game and then on Monday since we have a late flight out. So not much time will be spent at our hotel.

$200 per night would be higher than smaller, older, locally owned hotels in Green Bay.

I would suggest trying to rent a room at:

The Mariner Motel on the Fox River -2222 Riverside Drive - Green Bay, Wi. 54301 - Phone # 920-437-3760 - website www.marinergreenbay.com

Skylit Motel - 2120 Ashland Av -Green Bay, Wi. 54304 - Phone number 920-494-5641

North Star Motel - 1111 N. Military Ave.- Green Bay, Wi 5303- Phone number 920-499-6253

A-1 Tower Motel- 2625 Humboldt Rd- Green Bay- phone number 920-468-1242 - Website www.towermotel.net

The Motel 6 is not locally owned, I understand the rates are low - Motel 6---1614 Shawano Av--Green Bay,Wi--Phone number 920-494-6730---Website www.motel6.com

Hi All,

Sorry to bump an old thread the time has finally come and we will be in Green Bay this weekend! I'm reading on what we can and can't take into Lambeau and I'm wondering if there are any lockers around Lambeau to leave backpacks, camera bags and other things we cannot take into the stadium. I have a really nice camera that I'd prefer to not lug it around unprotected after the game is over. We're staying in Appleton and not planning on returning until the evening so leaving this stuff at the hotel and getting it later isn't really an option.

Thanks!
