It's different to keep a guy around because of his potential than it is to rely on someone because of their potential. My guess is the team doesn't rely on Neal to help this year and he starts out a ways back on the depth chart.

This guy showed a lot of promise when he was drafted, but really hasn't turned into anything special...or even ordinary.

Fuck him. Cut his ass right now. We need some free agent DL's. Ted keeps big-time failing here, and it's getting mighty expensive, imo.

Ted also fucked up BIG TIME by not re-signing Cullen Jenkins.

He really has been dominant when healthy. Still, I give him Asshole of the Year for being career leader in reasons he can't be on the field.
