Simple question, really, but perhaps hard to answer.

An obvious one for me would be lutefisk with all the trimmings (riced potatoes, lefse, and lots of butter).

Not sure if it's my "favorite", but its a start.

Have at it.

the foods I like are not going to be classed as weird. meat, potatoes, pasta. The more common (Americanized) Mexican and Chinese dishes.

dad liked pickled pig's feet and head cheese and crap like that but he grew up on a farm in the 30's. They ate what they had. We didn't have to eat that stuff so I never acquired the taste for it.

Not so much what as WHEN. I love ice cream to the extent that I'm not a slave to the time of day. Bluebell Strawberry Ice Cream FOR BREAKFAST - or any other time.

Best I got is Mac and cheese. lots of spices added, and then BBQ sauce to top it off. Often I throw in diced ham, hotdogs or ground beef in it.. but that's not all that 'odd'.

Can't go wrong with country sausage, sauerkraut, and knoephla in a crockpot.

Also liver and onions if the liver has been marinated in milk first.

I love Blue Cheese. Had a Blue Cheese Hamburger with hot peppers and sauerkraut for lunch today.

Asian preparation of tripe is good. They make a tripe in gingered sauce dish which is excellent.

Chicken hearts and gizzards. I make a soup with it. Dip in hoisin sauce. A German buddy told me to fry them with onions so I think I will give that a go sometime.

My wife is Chinese so I have tried a lot of things that many would get grossed out. Chicken feet, pork kidney, bitter melon (which is gross). A good sauce can make most things quite good.

for me it's not the WHAT it's the HOW...at least that's what everyone i know says.

foods do NOT touch each other, nor do two different foods go in my mouth at the same time.

when i have food in my mouth, never do i take a drink of something.

most foods i eat, i tear apart in odd ways.

pizza i eat all the toppings first, then with a fork, i skim the top layer of pizza crust off & eat it, then tear the remainder of the crust up in small pieces & eat that.

snickers bars, i eat the chocolate all the way around the bar (except the top) then i eat the nougat part, & finally the top part.

hershey bar with almonds, i eat all the chocolate around the almonds & then eat the almond parts.
