Bengals defense is good. So is SF's, and the Bears, Seahawks, Saints, Cowboys, etc.

Poor coaching, poor prep, poor play all contributed to the Packers sh!tting the bed today. Rodgers made some really poor throws, off target throws. Ross stinks and needs to go away. McCarthy needs to do a better job calling plays, and having his team ready. Change those 3 things and we are not talking about how good CIN's or SF's defense is.

To be fair we had some favorable late hit calls that went our way that kept the drives going that were considered questionable. That late knee/leg hit though was a pretty sh!tty no call.

The late hits that WERE called on A.R. were ticky tack at BEST and extended drives at key points in the game. The knee should have been called, I agree, but the Packers were certainly the recipient of some calls that appeared to be viewed through some green 'n gold glasses.

Only the Packers screw themselves. If they play to 85% of their potential, games wont be close.

Packers are 1 - 2 cuz of themselves, no one else.

The Packers rushed for 180 relying on a 3rd string rookie, no Finley, and against a very good defensive front. Rodgers was obviously off today and making some curious decisions, yet despite all of this the Packers were in a position to win yet we revert to the same weekly rudimentary explanation of.... "McCarthy can't call plays."

When I watch the game, I don't know if Rodgers audibled, if Sitton missed a blocking assignment, if Jones cut the wrong way/too soon on a route, if our rookie RB was lined up on the wrong side of A.R....and as a result I'm not too good at determining the effectiveness of M.M's play calls. I guess I'm just not privy to the information that many of you are.

He has taken a lot of shots after the throw in all 3 games, a win and two losses. Many no calls. I am wondering "why?"

I think the Refs helped out the Packers offense some and they still struggled.

If it had been Clay or some other Packer hitting an opponents QB and getting a flag, we would be upset about it, so I am not going to complain about a flat not being thrown. It wasn't a late hit, it was low but nothing out of the norm.

If any play should have gotten a flag, it should have been the hit on Finley. While not helmet to helmet, and I don't think it was intentional, according to the rule for hitting defenseless players, that was illegal and a play that falls under the if in doubt throw the flag. The rules says cannot lead with head shoulder or forearm to the head of a defenseless player. This was clearly illegal by rule.

I also thought the Perry rule was extremely ticky tack, and even Tramons though I understand that one.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!
