Packers season ticket holders get a second chance

Apparently not all Packers season ticket holders are true believers.After the Packers victory Sunday gave them a home playoff game next weekend against San Francisco, the team sent out emails to season ticket holders, advising them that there will be a special sale of tickets Monday for that game.That means not enough season ticket holders, even combining the Milwaukee and Green Bay ticket base, bought tickets to the game.

They were initially offered about a month ago when prospects did not appear brilliant.The special sale will be from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday (online only) and will be only for season ticket holders with a registered email address as of Dec. 17. A maximum of four tickets per account will be available. The Packers sent a link and password to season ticket holders.On the long shot any tickets would be left after that sale, tickets would be made available to the general public at 3 p.m.

What the blog fails to mention is the original ticket offer was at the 2 highest priced games. The NFC Championship Game and the NFC Divisional Round Game. You pay for those 2 games and if the team were to play in a less expensive game they would refund whatever you over paid. I bought the tickets last year but decided to use the money for other things this year.

There will be no problem sell out the game tomorrow.
