If some real quality is still there in the late 3rd or 4th, maybe, but what we have now is decent enough at TE (assuming we re-sign Quarless - which we certainly should). The same cannot be said for Safety or ILB or OLB. I would also put O-Line at a higher priority than TE.

I like Quarless a lot and think he is one of a handful of players we should re-sign. He was targeted only 54 times last season but had 32 receptions, 18 for 1st downs. He is reliable, and a great blocker. That latter component makes him more valuable to me.

Agree, Even if Ted drafts a TE, which I believe he will, whether it be round 1 or round 7, I'm guessing he will use the pick he gets for Jennings(rnd 4 ?) to grab a TE, whoever it is, is still going to be a ROOKIE, which means of course he will need time to develop.

Quarless, Bostic, Taylor, Stoneburner, new guy(can't remember name), draft pick.

That's 6 only 5, maybe 4 will make the final 53, gonna need Quarless and Taylor for some experience.
Hopefully Bostic improves enough to make a difference, still thibk Stoneburner is another year away.
