How anyone really believed this team was going to be better on D is truly scary.

We do NOT have the right people running this organization. We have enablers who allow the same things to happen over and over.

Did anyone watch MM's presser after the Seattle game, or was it the one at Lambeau, where he seemed like a deer in the headlights over what he "thought" was settled going into the game only to find out they had major communciation issues. If you listened, you came away with the idea this team was terribly unprepared all the while MM was blissfully unaware that it wasn't until after the game. That can't happen. It just can't, but it did. What will change? NOTHING. That is what is wrong. NOTHING will change. To bring back Capers this season was a give up for this year. Winston Moss? LMAO. I saw MM in his ear during the game not looking pleased. This is magically going to be better after not being better for YEARS?

Do not be hopeful for this defense... the guy who runs our org is incapable of fielding the talent necessary to make it successful and we don't have the coaching to get it ready to excel even if we did.

I'm not as pessimistic about 🇹🇹 as you are because he's still done some good things on offense and in the secondary. Bahktiari, Tretter, and now even Linsley appear to have promise as recent mid-round finds.

However, it's getting appreciably harder to overlook the deficiencies that continue to plague the front 7. I felt OK about Peppers after Thursday, Clay is great if healthy, and up until Thursday Daniels seemed to be reliable. Aside from that, Perry has moments, Boyd seems like he'll be serviceable as a rotational guy. If Pennel, Barrington, Lattimore, and Elliot can chew gum and not get a holding penalty, that may be considered an upgrade and success.
