I wish I could have a hatred for the Titans but they've always been a team I've cheered for. Maybe cause I respect Jeff Fisher. I think the Packers have a good shot coming off a bye while the Titans have a short week. As for the Titans not beating anyone that argument doesn't fly with me if you look at the modern NFL. You could have a lineup of games against Houston, Oakland, Rams and Miami and while they all look like sure wins there's hardly any teams that will win those 4 in a row just cause on any given Sunday.

The excuses I'm hearing about the Titans sound a lot like the excuses I heard about the Packers.

Can the Packers win?

Yes.

Will they?

I don't think they will, but this is just one game.

:xcensoredx: you.... You made us lose three games how could you ::wink: JUST KIDDING!!!!!

I got a friend which the Packers have lost the game every time he goes to the game. (Which have been a couple of Bears games)

The Titans are overrated just because their undefeated and any undefeated team this late in this year is overrated.

Also the Packers are the healthiest they have been all season or almost all season.

Woodson and Rodgers haven't been practicing but we know both of them can play injured.

Harris is Jones are limited in practice but their back in practice is a huge sign in its self.

And the other other guys not practicing is Hunter and Lansanah.

So basically the Packers have two guys out. (plus Jenkins (IR), Lumpkin (IR) and Harrell (PUP))

The Packers have been working with out a couple different packages of offense. And now they should all of the different packages back and every is pretty healthy.

Really Porky? You don't think the Pack will win?

How about this. I GUARANTEE a win. I am more confident of this game then the Indy game and I called a win in that one also.

Indy's gameplan was to make Collins beat them and he did.

That won't happen against us.

We are fresh, healthy, and ready and they are coming off a huge win on a short week playing outside a division they now command. There are SEVERAL reasons this is a letdown spot for them and we have NONE.

That should give you a heads up where this game is going.

This is a Packer victory.

The defense has to control the run, I don't believe they can stop it. They should be able to stop the passing game.
The offense has to not put themselves in a hole, penalties, lost yardage etc. If they can accomplish that then I think we win. You don't want Tenn's defense able to tee off on the Oline or make the Pack one dimensional.

This is the most healthy our team has been all year. The Titans haven't played any really good teams yet. They are good, as they don't make the big mistakes that cost you games.
But IF we are as good as we were against the Colts, i think we can beat them soundly.
I think it's important to get an early lead, and take their crowd out of the game.

The Titans are not an undefeated caliber team but I think they are pretty good. Anytime you have a D like that and a running game like that. You got a chance.

But I could easily see GB pulling one out. Unlikely but never know. Thats why they play the game.

The Titans don't really scare me too much. I mean, they are certainly capable of beating us, but I think we will win. All we have to do is CONTAIN the run. If we can contain the run, I'm sure our secondary will come up with a big play or two and if we get a decent lead, it should be a fairly sound win.

I expect to see a lot of Chillar on their tight ends to contain. This will be one key to victory.

Obviously, the other key it containing the run. Stack the box, trust Harris, Woodson, Williams, Collins, Rouse, and maybe Bigby. I don't think they will let us down.

The next key is scoring every time we have the ball. Even if it's a field goal. Slants, Slants, draw, slant, fade. Don't force the run. I believe we can move the ball through the air effectively against them. If the run isn't working, don't do it. I hope to see us coming out throwing with just a run here and there to keep them honest.

Just like the Vikings, if we establish a decent lead early, I feel confident we will win this game. Of course that's a big if, but we can do it.

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent

Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?

Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : database is on new host, eventually website will follow
Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
