I must be doing something wrong with the ESPN Playoff Machine because I did exactly that and Packers still had 2nd seed and Division.

Tampa Bay is not Buffalo!!!!

Packers did not pl;ay well on Special teams and the passing game was sub par against Buffalo.

Now is not the time to panic!!!!

Packers win 1 of the last 2 they will make the playoffs, win the last 2, worst scenario is they are the #2 seed.

I could be wrong. I just used my head.

It would be down to the 3rd or 4th tie breaker.

We'd have split head to head
We'd have the same division record
We'd have the same record against common opponents (we're both 1-1 in non-common games with both teams losing to their NFC West opponent and beating their NFC East opponent).
They'd win the conference record tie breaker (they are 2-2 against AFC and we are 3-1).

you always want to go into the dance hot, with loss to buffalo, they have to win the remaining 2 games, the loss in a weird way may be ok, they can start up a winning formula to carry them through the post season after this little hiccup !!

However, if Atlanta wasn't a wake up call for this team, I don't know that losing would be any more effective at gaining this team's attention. What's more concerning to me is this is the 3rd loss to a similar style of opponent, and that has nothing to do with any magical late-season mojo. Assuming the Packers make it in, they're going to have to figure out how to beat a physical team like Det/Sea.

That said, the Packers have struggled against some physical defenses this year. It's not like we can write off losses to uncharacteristic circumstances, injuries, etc. like what happened in 2010. There's a bit of a predictable pattern here.

The Packers must get better, but it is what it is this season. Hopefully they at least make the playoffs and hopefully a miracle happens. It is probably unlikely the Packers will win the Super Bowl, mostly because of their defense imo, but at least they will have a chance if they secure the #2 seed. It's not ideal, but at least the Packers are not the Vikings are Bears. With a quarterback like Aaron Rodgers, one never knows how things could turn out. But he has to play almost perfectly throughout the playoffs for the Packers have a chance, which is asking a lot.
